My Artist's Journey took a while to get moving. I hadn't realised how limiting beliefs had stopped me from enjoying my creativity. The false belief that art was about creating finished pieces lead to me creating just two paintings in a 20 year period!

Once I understood a few simple mindset changes my life as an artist began. I started practices that would help to minimise those false beliefs. I embraced my inner critic and befriended my Imposter syndrome.

What Happens Inside The Community?

• We gather Live twice a month to get Creative and Mindful.

• Forums allow connections with other creatives, so you can share experience and knowledge, form friendships and collaborations or chat about your week.

• The Resources Area is full of advice to help you with practical skills.

• Mindful Creativity exercises are available to help with your mindset and your creative abilities. Simple advice and ways mindfulness can help your creativity.

9. We can use our fears to help us move forward.

We open the community to new members a few times each year.
